🌟 Customer Service Specialist with Japanese 🌟 

Location: Warsaw

Your daily tasks:

✅ Consistently achieve email quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals. 

✅ Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database; 

✅ Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   

✅ Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   

✅ Investigate, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software technical issues; 

✅ Stay up to date with process changes and product updates; 

✅ To complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner. 

Requirements

🌍 Language: Proficiency in Japanese (C1) and English (B2) 

💼 Experience: Cool if you have experience in customer service;   

💻 Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

🌞 Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic. Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision (w@h set up).

Working conditions

📜 Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
